Join Sandi Green Baker for an 8-week workshop on panoramic storytelling. Registration required.
Crankie artist Sandi Green Baker will lead an 8-week workshop exploring the history, creative processes, artistic techniques and construction of a moving panoramic storytelling machine. Participants will work through a series of exercises using storytelling, illustration, theater lighting, music and shadow puppetry. The finished works will be performed at the first annual Midwest Crankie Festival on June 7. Materials will be provided, and all levels of experience are welcomed. Provided in partnership with the Advancing Creative Aging Through State Library Leadership Initiative. Registration for the entire 8-week workshop is required.
