for ages 8 and older

Dig into the history of the Ozarks one story at a time. Each month, investigate a new topic and uncover the people, places and events that shaped our region.

Learn about Springfield’s Black history through hands-on activity stations focused on researching, rethinking and reimagining family and community histories, led by living history figures of the past. Ages 15 and younger must be accompanied by an adult caregiver. Provided in partnership with Timmons Hall.
