The Southwest Missouri Camera Club will unveil their "Abstract Photography" gallery, inviting guests to mingle with members and explore their work. At 10:30 a.m., Jane Ballard will discuss how to create compelling abstract images and the techniques behind them.

About the branch

The Republic Branch Library opened in 1961 as a consolidation of book deposits held at several locations in this western Greene County city. The branch has relocated five times as use of the library continues to grow.
