Learn how to make tasty bowls and stone soup using leftover garden produce. Registration required.
Springfield Community Gardens will share how to harvest produce from the garden, and Sherri Hull, nutrition educator with the Greene County MU Extension Office, will show young chefs and their caregivers how to use produce from the garden to make delicious, healthy meals. Provided in partnership with Springfield Community Gardens and University of Missouri Extension of Greene County. Registration starts September 28; call 417-862-0135.

The Library Station one of the "destination libraries" in the Springfield-Greene County Library District. The 36,000-square-foot facility houses a large collection of print and electronic resources. The Library Station includes other amenities characteristic of larger, urban libraries. Those features include several large and small meeting rooms, a large, comfortable reading room and a Panera Bread café.
